How do I create a buy one get one free offer in WooCommerce?
Install the free plugin, open Promotions, pick the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" template, choose your product and publish. The free item is added to the cart automatically.
Does it work with my theme and the Cart and Checkout blocks?
Yes. It uses WooCommerce's own cart, so it works with any WooCommerce theme, on both the classic cart and the Cart and Checkout blocks.
Can I run several promotions at the same time?
Yes. Rules run in priority order and stack by default. Turn on "Stop further rules" to keep lower-priority rules from applying.
Can customers change the quantity of a free item?
No. Free items are locked at $0 and removed automatically when the cart no longer qualifies.
Is it compatible with HPOS?
Yes. The free plugin and Pro both support WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase, if Pro doesn’t work on your store and our support can’t fix the problem. Open a support request first so we can try to fix it. If we can’t, you get 100% of your payment back and the license is deactivated. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and simply stop at the end of the paid month.
